Banned – Terry Lander

“Banned is story written from the perspective of one of the founder members of ‘Heroine of the speed Machine’,a band that the book shows grow from their meagre gigs & petty thieving beginnings, rolling all the way to out and out stardom. The intricacies and nuances of each individuals Psyches are revealed along this path, where they each succumb to their own greatest dreams and their Personal Demons. The book reaches some very dark places at times, this is however cleverly offset with the comedy antics that happen on the way. It’ll make you smile, it’ll make you nod remembering all those teenage dreams of playing your first gig and thinking you were a star. This is the Book version of the console game ‘Rock Band’. Read it enjoy it, have fun, be humbled and never lose that spark”

“Banned is a fast-paced, all-action account of a band and their rise and demise. It is truly one of the best books I’ve read in a very long time. It’ll make you laugh, cry and most certainly cringe and wince. Not at all for the faint hearted. Avoid the rubbish free books and buy this one, you will not regret it. As the cliché says – I couldn’t put it down, but I really couldn’t! I can’t wait for “Banned, Too!”

Kama Slumber – Terry Lander

“I have just finished your excellent book. I didn’t realise but apparently I have been using some of these positions for some considerable time. I tend to go to bed earlier than my husband and he often finds me in position 1,14,18, 24, 47 and 50. He then quietly rearranges me to enable him to get in the bed himself. Naturally, this exhausts him and he drops off to sleep immediately. Having been moved from the excellent position I was in, I then wake and have to find another shape which suits me, so I am very grateful for your instructive book”

Kama Slumber – Terry Lander

“This book is very funny, and yes it will slot nicely beside other coffee table laughs, but it’s also lovely. Lovely in a way that defies comparison. Photos of suggested sleeping positions evoke the seventies, and there’s genuine warmth running throughout the book. In simple terms, this is an amusing parody. But it is in it’s simplicity that the Kama Slumber goes beyond humour and into nostalgia. I’ve tried out 7 of the positions so far. My life is better because of this book.”

“This isn’t just any book. It’s a parody of one of the best selling books in history – and one that’s put together well to form a hilarious take on the activity we all really want to do when we’re in bed buy levitra vardenafil. The book is split into sections, so once you’ve mastered every position you can read up on the ‘extras’ available to us all. It’s a laugh out loud collection of all things done in the dark and well deserves a read. There’s even a delicious surprise at the end for those who want to try it all. Go on – you deserve it.”

Panic and the Inner Monkey – Mark Hendy

“The subject of panic attacks is an interesting one, particularly when considering why they occur. No great money will ever be poured into searching for the answers and many who suffer from anxiety find it impossible to talk about what’s happening to them. Fortunately the author has found a channel – somewhere he can describe the effects of anxiety without being judged or ridiculed, and rightly so. By picking up this book he makes it clear that you’re in his domain and independent opinions, although welcome, can never be voiced here cheap vardenafil. This makes the book perfect for readers as it’s the unedited truth; questioning the writer isn’t an option as the facts are there. This book is not just a tool for those who suffer from anxiety – it has opened my eyes to a whole new world, one that barely existed beforehand due to the secretive nature of society. “Anxiety? Could you keep that to yourself please?”. This book challenges our views and you cannot argue with what’s right in front of you, spoken by a man who’s seen it, done it and experienced every second.”

Panic and the Inner Monkey – Mark Hendy

“Spontaneously bought and read this after stumbling across it online. A completely different slant on the self-help book… in fact it isn’t preachy in the slightest. Hendy avoids a pushy attempt to ‘help’ the reader. Instead, the writer simply puts his own experiences and personal thoughts forward in an enjoyably witty manner. His own inner monologues are surprisingly familiar and this is enough. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended. I’ve already passed it on to my friends.”
